As the China’s largest construction
enterprise and the largest international
contractor, CSCEC has always held the
view that scientific and technical development,
and scientific and Technology innovation
are the important support of enterprise’s
sustainable development, and always
taken boosting the Technology advancement
of Chinese construction sector as its
own responsibility. With over 50 years’
insistent effort, CSCEC has accumulated
abundant scientific and Technology
advantages in building industrial and
civil works and large utility facilities,
continuously playing the leading role
in enforcing productivity development
of China’s construction industry. Up
to now, CSCEC has owned 27 prizes of
the National Scientific and Technology
Advancement Award, and about 400 prizes
at provincial (ministerial) level for
its scientific and Technology advancement
and renovation, being the most prize-owner
in China’s construction sector. CSCEC
laid down 38 items of working regulations
at national level, 133 items at provincial
level. CSCEC has set up a national key
laboratory that is the only one possessed
by Chinese construction enterprises,
established two post-doctorial working
stations and constituted the “ Construction
Workmanship Standard of Building Works”
that is the first one worked out independently
by an enterprise in China.
Many engineering technologies of CSCEC
nowadays take leading positions in China,
such as design and construction of super
high-rising buildings and towering buildings;
design, construction and installation
of large scale industrial works; complex
deep pit support & dewatering technology;
high-quality concrete manufacturing
technology; steel structure free span
installation technology; new construction
equipment manufacturing technology;
information technology applied in construction
enterprise management and production
application; and general contracting
of international projects & project
management. These outstanding achievements,
important research institutes and advanced
technologies have composed CSCEC’s core
Technology advantages.
