 中国建筑西北设计研究院创意中心成立于2010年11月，是以整合创意设计力量、提高建筑方案创作水平、构建综合设计平台为目的，具有“国际性、开放性和流动性”设计机构。主要工作内容包括：负责西北院与国外事务所的业务合作、重大项目的前期策划和方案投标、协助其他生产所进行项目设计、培训骨干方案创作人员等。项目范围主要涵盖城市规划、城市设计（含景观规划）、大型公共建筑概念设计及方案设计、特殊建设项目研究与设计等。 创意中心是西北院特殊的职能部门，采用年薪制聘请骨干设计人员，分为总建筑师、主创建筑师、建筑师、助理建筑师四个级别，近期发展规模为十五人。以建设项目为核心，组织设计团队，可临时聘用项目合作设计师或开展设计协作，是对外开放的西北地区高端设计平台。 Introduction The Creative Center, established as a particular department of CNBDRI in 2010, is an international, opening and dynamic group of architectural design. It provides a platform for creative teams working together and enhances design quality. The Creative Center not only is responsible for the international cooperation business on behalf of CNBRI, but also does planning and bidding for major projects, coordinates other groups and trains their key staffs. The projects of Creative Center cover urban planning, urban design, landscape design, conceptual design and scheme for large-scale public buildings, and research of special projects. About 15 team members are employed in the Creative Center as general architect, chief architects, architects and assistant architects. The design team could also be organized with co-designers or co-operational groups to meet the needs of projects. The Creative Center will be developed as a high-end design platform in the northwest area of China.  | 秦峰 QIN FENG
