REFORM OF SOEs

he only way out for the SOEs’ scientific development is through reform, firmly, consistently and
Tthoroughly.
There is no shortcut for the SOEs’ development other than working hard. The most important work
is to make reform, releasing reform bonus, stimulating market vitality and motivating development
force. Reform can be translated as a shortcut, if you insist. Development practice of CSCEC in the past
30 years has proved that reform and innovation is the eternal force for corporation development. The
new round of SOEs’ reform is facing a very complicated situation. Only when we stick to the reform
spirit without fearing danger and hesitation, keeping confidence, awareness of the reform and being
open minded, can we work out a new way of reform.
